Responsibilities

- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service delivery
- Meet individual and team performance objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a software help desk, customer service, or contact center environment
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking customers
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting software products or technical solutions
- Additional language skills beyond English and Mandarin
