Associate Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through multiple channels including email, phone, chat, and SMS to manage relationships and execute requests
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for software products to ensure prompt issue resolution
• Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to provide guidance, assist new hires, and contribute to brainstorming sessions
• Provide training to customers on existing software functionality
• Meet personal and team performance targets

Requirements

• Degree level education or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of professional work experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a software help desk, customer service, or contact center environment
• Experience interfacing with external and global customers
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to learn new technologies and perform effectively in high-pressure environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a global team with a distributed workforce
• Industry knowledge in Product and Chemical Compliance, Health, Learning, Life Sciences, Sustainability, or Renewables
• Proficiency in additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Japanese
