Associate Customer Data Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer records in Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Create and manage new customer accounts following internal data standards and compliance rules
• Monitor and resolve data discrepancies, duplicates, and inconsistencies within the database
• Manage and integrate data from third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with internal systems
• Document and enforce best practices, policies, and procedures for customer data management
• Participate in the design and implementation of automation for data entry and validation
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate third-party data sources and improve efficiency through AI or API integrations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline (Data, IT, Business, or related field)
• 2+ years of experience in data management, data quality, CRM administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Salesforce (Admin certification is a plus)
• Experience with third-party data platforms and integration tools
• Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
• Ability to design and implement automation workflows using tools like Salesforce Flow, Zapier, or MuleSoft
• Background in data analysis and reporting using SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
• Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
