Associate Customer Consultant

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and implementation activities to get customers up and running on new solutions quickly.
• Ensure customers are properly engaged, understand training options, and can successfully use the product.
• Act as a product expert, providing training and walk-throughs to audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
• Conduct customer check-ins within 30 days of onboarding to review solution usage.
• Serve as the primary customer contact during the onboarding phase, escalating and coordinating issue resolution.
• Work with customers to prioritize business needs and track implementation progress using standard procedures.
• Assist customers with upgrades and potential data migrations.
• Oversee the smooth transition of customers to internal teams responsible for long-term relationship management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience with data manipulation, including the ability to view, extract, transfer, and store data files.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to train others and effectively transfer knowledge and skills.
• An ownership mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Salesforce or other Sales & Marketing Technology.
