About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to customers regarding Align products via phone, email, chat, and SMS
  • Handle both pre-sales and post-sales technical support tasks
  • Validate customer accounts and document all interactions within the CRM database
  • Follow up on customer cases to ensure proper resolution
  • Report on customer complaints and product safety issues
  • Maintain professional interactions within defined response timeframes and achieve KPI requirements
  • Adhere to company quality policies, guidelines, and QMS course deadlines

Requirements

  • High School Degree (Technical Degree is a plus)
  • 0-2 years of related experience
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, German, or Portuguese
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com)
  • Strong service-oriented mentality and problem-solving ability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical background or experience in a technical support role
  • Experience with remote diagnostics and guiding customers through technical resolutions
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical users
