Associate Customer Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint business plans to drive profitable sales volume for Unilever Personal Care categories at Walmart
• Lead multifunctional efforts with customer counterparts to manage NSV, trade investment, and retail initiatives
• Customize corporate marketing and merchandising programs to win within the Walmart channel
• Improve in-store and online presence by coordinating with Shopper Marketing, Category Management, and Supply Chain teams
• Drive strategic relationships and accelerated growth while maintaining trade marketing efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of Account Management or equivalent management experience
• Proven experience in Account Management or Customer Management within the CPG industry
• Working knowledge of omni-channel and eCommerce capabilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to relate to multiple levels of management
• Strategic thinker with strong relationship-building and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Walmart or the Mass channel
• Experience in Trade Marketing or Category Management
• Working knowledge of Nielsen AMPS Consumer POS Data
