Associate Customer Account Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure productivity, quality, and delivery of business services
• Handle end-to-end sample processes for new design activities and manage quotations via pricing tools
• Oversee customer backlog management, including purchase orders, change orders, and logistics
• Lead regular face-to-face forecast meetings and quarterly business reviews to manage customer relationships
• Analyze customer forecasts, track project status, and monitor market trends and design opportunities
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to review supply status, capacity, and new product launches
• Develop analytical models and dashboards for metrics such as sales revenue, pipeline, and forecast accuracy
• Work with legal teams to respond to customer contracts, programs, and terms & conditions
• Support quality assurance requests including RMA processing and product change notifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Strong data analytical skills and proactive, solution-oriented thinking
• Fluency in both Korean and English (strong verbal and written communication skills)
• 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or within a high-tech company preferred
