Associate Curriculum Alignment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development of skill plans following established project guidelines
• Support team members with alignment research, setup, review, and quality assurance
• Assign and monitor projects for contract aligners across K-12 math, ELA, science, social studies, and Spanish content
• Track customer requests, research standards and textbooks, and maintain internal skill plan information
• Review new skill plans for quality and style, incorporating feedback to ensure high-quality alignments
• Use in-house tools to create and release alignments, including formatting spreadsheets to meet technical requirements
• Work with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot bugs and fix data formatting errors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, Math, English, or a related field
• Proficiency with math concepts through Algebra 2
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong project management and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with K-12 academic standards
• Experience with ELA, science, or social studies content
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets formulas such as VLOOKUP or CONCATENATE
