VaynerX is a family of companies building brands for the now. VaynerMedia is a global integrated creative and media agency, built for today's consumers, operating in 15 offices worldwide including Sydney.
Responsibilities
- Solve marketing problems using creative craft, platform understanding, and cultural grasp
- Spend approximately 80% of time solving briefs and 20% managing projects under CD direction
- Execute hands-on content creation including shooting, editing, and producing for social
- Concept and create Social Media Ads (SMAs)
- Mentor other members of the creative pod
Requirements
- 7 years of proven art direction, writing, and design skills
- Proven experience leading creative for home and/or cleaning brands
- Exceptional understanding of social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit
- Hands-on content creation skills (shooting, editing, and producing)
- Exceptional video production experience
- Proven experience with AI tools
- Strong concepting ability and natural leadership tendencies
- Ability to handle feedback and revisions effectively
