Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver creative solutions for a variety of clients and industries
• Manage and mentor creative teams, including content creators, designers, and copywriters
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to meet client briefs and KPIs
• Ideate and conceptualize high-engaging content that maintains brand consistency
• Present creative visions to clients and defend work with grace and strategic meaning
• Apply the latest platform, industry, and digital trends to creative executions
• Lead and participate in new business projects
• Streamline creative processes to improve wider operational systems

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional creative experience in an advertising agency
• Strong portfolio in interactive and social media
• Deep understanding of UI/UX and social media platform capabilities
• Proven experience executing concepts from start to completion
• Expertise in ideation, copywriting, and design for diverse creative campaigns
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Ability to lead, supervise, and train employees
• Experience designing digital and social assets including sites, mobile apps, and content templates
• Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom
