Associate Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Drive creative strategy, brief writing, and concepting across consumer campaigns, on-air/broadcast promos, and B2B sponsorship creative
• Oversee static digital design ensuring consistency and brand alignment across all formats
• Present ideas and influence senior stakeholders through strong storytelling and creative rationale
• Shape motion graphics and animation deliverables by providing direction on pacing and visual style
• Partner with Producers and Creative Operations to manage timelines and workload
• Drive AI adoption across creative workflows to elevate speed and quality

Requirements

• 7+ years of creative experience in consumer entertainment, streaming, media, or gaming
• Proven experience leading creative produced for broadcast or mass-reach consumer channels
• Exceptional creative strategist capable of translating business objectives into compelling territories
• Strong concepting skills across both B2C and B2B contexts
• Ability to lead and provide feedback on design, animation, editorial, and copywriting
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Proficiency in using AI-powered creative tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing creative for sports, live events, or major tentpole moments
