Associate Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction for all studio output, ensuring brand integrity and quality across all channels
• Guide and mentor Art Directors, Integrated Designers, and Senior Copywriters
• Partner with Business Directors and Strategy Leads to translate briefs into compelling creative executions
• Establish and govern AI-assisted creative workflows using Pencil
• Manage creative resources and maintain SLA compliance across workstreams
• Review and approve all creative output before client delivery
• Present and advocate for creative decisions to senior client stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Senior Producer and video team on integrated creative direction

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership across digital channels (email, paid social, display, video, web)
• Experience leading creative teams in an in-house, agency, or hybrid studio environment
• Proficiency in art direction, design systems, and/or copy
• Experience in high-volume production environments
• Ability to integrate AI tools like Pencil into team workflows
• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills
• Experience establishing AI quality standards and governance

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with higher education or healthcare marketing
• Understanding of audiences such as adult learners and healthcare workers
