Associate Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Lead creative thinking across projects from initial concept through to final execution
• Concept big ideas that connect global brands with fans in authentic and culturally relevant ways
• Take ownership of key projects and workstreams with confidence and clarity
• Partner closely with strategy, client services, and production teams to bring ideas to life
• Present and defend creative work to passionate clients with conviction
• Maintain a high bar for craft across design, storytelling, and brand experience
• Mentor junior and mid-level creatives to help them grow their skills and confidence
• Proactively identify opportunities to push thinking beyond the initial brief

Requirements

• 6 to 8+ years of experience in a creative agency or equivalent environment
• Proven experience delivering integrated creative campaigns across brand, digital, social, and live experiences
• Strong design skills and a killer eye for visual storytelling
• Ability to lead projects, manage key accounts, and mentor creative talent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting and selling ideas
• A genuine passion for sport, entertainment, and culture (with a real interest in football)
• Ability to manage multiple projects at pace and collaborate across different time zones
