Responsibilities

• Own Range's Marketing Creative strategy and output for performance ads, including paid social, video, landing pages, and registration flows.
• Direct agency partners by providing clear briefs and elevating their output to meet brand standards.
• Set the creative and copy direction, developing a compelling advertising voice and visual language for high-income earners.
• Ensure full-funnel creative cohesion from the initial ad to the homepage and registration experience.
• Stay ahead of advertising trends and platform formats on Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Generate a continuous stream of fresh creative concepts through testing and performance insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with performance marketing, product, and content teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in creative direction, art direction, or advertising.
• Proven track record of concepting and directing advertising campaigns.
• Strong brand and copywriting instincts with an understanding of direct response principles.
• Experience leading agencies or in-house creative teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growth-stage startup environment.
• Experience with consumer brands, premium fintech, or growth-stage startups preferred.
