Associate Creative Director

At Everything Bagel, we build and support breakthrough brands that disrupt categories and captivate audiences across digital, social, and beyond. Our brand team leads strategy and messaging for some of the most exciting startups and scaling companies across wellness, beauty, CPG, and education.

Responsibilities

• Own creative direction and final sign-off for an assigned portfolio of clients
• Serve as the primary creative partner to clients for alignment and presentations
• Convert client meetings and inputs into clear, actionable creative briefs
• Provide clear, prioritized, and actionable feedback to designers and Art Directors
• Implement and maintain a tiered QA system to ensure quality and reduce revision cycles
• Mentor Art Directors and coach designers on craft and execution standards
• Build and maintain templates and standards for briefs, feedback, and QA checklists

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional design experience in an agency or high-velocity marketing environment
• 2+ years in a lead role directing designers and/or Art Directors
• Strong portfolio covering paid social, email campaigns, web/landing pages, and organic social
• Excellent briefing and critique skills with the ability to articulate the "why"
• Strong client communication skills and ability to push back constructively
• Ability to lead remotely with dependable ET overlap
• Proficiency in Figma

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRO and landing page optimization
• Experience with performance testing and iteration cycles
• Experience leading distributed teams
• Experience partnering closely with Paid Media teams
