Associate Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Lead creative vision and strategy across multiple projects to ensure high standards of innovation and quality
• Develop insight-driven concepts that resonate with target audiences and align with brand objectives
• Transform strategic briefs into bold, memorable creative ideas that drive meaningful engagement
• Collaborate with strategy, account management, and production teams to build cohesive, integrated campaigns
• Present creative concepts to clients with clarity and compelling storytelling to build buy-in
• Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, providing direction, mentorship, and performance feedback
• Champion innovation by experimenting with emerging technologies, AI tools, and new creative formats
• Oversee creative project timelines and resource allocation to ensure quality deliverables are on schedule

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts - Media or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of creative experience in advertising, digital, or content-first agencies
• Strong portfolio of bold, culturally relevant, and platform-native work
• Proven team leadership experience with the ability to mentor junior talent
• Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills across copy, visuals, and experiences
• Deep understanding of digital culture and social-first storytelling approaches
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
