Responsibilities

• Define product identities from the ground up in collaboration with product and insights teams
• Shape product positioning and identify opportunity areas upstream
• Lead scalable campaign platforms and visual systems
• Own the visual ecosystem across packaging, Amazon, DTC, retail, video, and social
• Design platform-native systems for modern attention
• Balance brand building with performance marketing needs
• Use AI tools and Figma to accelerate concepting and production
• Act as a hands-on player coach, mentoring and elevating designers
• Present and sell creative work to stakeholders

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years in design or art direction at a senior or lead level
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and visual systems
• Proven ability to launch product identities from 0 to 1
• Experience working with product and insights teams on positioning
• Ability to design for both brand and performance channels
• Strong instincts for social and motion design
• Experience across packaging, DTC, Amazon, and retail
• Fluency in Figma and modern creative workflows
• Experience integrating AI into the creative process
