Associate Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Craft brilliant, award-winning ideas that capture attention and inspire clients
• Create opportunities for account growth through creative campaigns centered on community and culture
• Lead, develop, motivate, and inspire creative teams while encouraging collaboration
• Work closely with account teams to ensure smooth monthly production processes
• Deliver high-quality work across all deliverables and stay updated on advertising and media trends
• Present work internally and externally to senior stakeholders
• Facilitate creative team collaboration and cohesion through social and team-building initiatives

Requirements

• AI-native with a strong interest in AI technology
• Proficiency in Figma for work and presentations
• Outstanding portfolio across multiple creative disciplines, including tech or AI-led campaigns
• Strategic mindset with the ability to sell large-scale ideas
• Experience with ImageGen and using AI to generate high-quality imagery
• Ability to work fast, be decisive, and remain focused under pressure
• High attention to visual and copywriting detail
