About the role
Responsibilities
- Concept original campaign ideas across social, digital, in-store, and activations in partnership with the ACD Art Director
- Own copywriting across all consumer-facing touchpoints including packaging, retail, digital, and social
- Manage and develop two Senior Copywriters through structured feedback and regular crits
- Define and document the copy voice for Lumē and Mando brands
- Write for and direct video and content production as the creative lead
Requirements
- Experience thinking in campaigns rather than individual lines
- Ability to balance brand storytelling with business performance
- Strong point of view on brand voice and ability to defend it
- Proven mentorship skills with experience providing direct, specific feedback
- Fluency in social and digital platform-native content
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
