Associate Creative Director (Copy)

Responsibilities

• Lead the translation of strategic direction into compelling, award-winning copy and campaigns across broadcast, digital, and owned properties
• Partner with Art and cross-functional leads to develop and elevate cohesive creative concepts
• Champion client brand voice, tone, and strategic objectives to drive business impact
• Drive research and ideation phases to inform agency creative output
• Craft compelling narratives for presentation decks and lead client pitches
• Direct campaign asset creation including script development, voiceover records, and post-production oversight
• Collaborate with production, technology, and account teams to manage asset delivery

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a copywriter or creative lead in an advertising agency
• Stellar portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and strategic problem-solving
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Deep expertise in social media trends and platform-specific copywriting
• Proficiency with Keynote and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Outstanding presentation skills for communicating with senior-level clients
