Associate Creative Director - Copy

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute thematic and tactical campaigns across social, ecommerce, and digital platforms
• Deliver creative and effective brand and creative strategies
• Write short and long-form copy, scripts, and diverse content formats
• Create and repurpose content for various usage requirements
• Optimize social media content based on target audience behavior and insights
• Collaborate with internal teams, marketing managers, and cross-functional leads to drive creative excellence
• Maintain awareness of trending topics to identify content opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years experience as a Copywriter at top-level agencies
• Strong digital background with experience in pan-India large-scale campaigns
• Proven experience writing television spots
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms and audience behavior (GenZ and Millennials)
• Ability to translate complex material into engaging stories
• Experience working with international and national brands
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing client environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AI tools and a passion for new technologies
• Experience with video, content, and editorial strategy
