Associate Creative Director, Copy

Responsibilities

• Develop original and compelling creative concepts that are strategically sound and meet client objectives
• Collaborate with art directors, account managers, and strategists to develop integrated marketing campaigns
• Oversee the execution of creative projects, ensuring they are on time and within budget
• Present creative work to clients, effectively communicating strategic rationale and creative vision
• Participate in new business pitches and contribute to winning proposals
• Foster a positive team environment and manage workload and resource allocation
• Champion creative excellence and agency hygiene
• Proactively identify and solve problems to mitigate negative impact on the team and work
• Maintain a big-picture perspective while ensuring attention to detail within the team

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in copywriting, concepting, and developing creative campaigns in the healthcare advertising industry
• Proven ability to lead and mentor creative teams
• Deep understanding of marketing principles and strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present creative work effectively to clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
