Responsibilities
- Lead brand strategy and creative execution for life sciences clients
- Manage and mentor mid- to senior-level copy team members to elevate their craft
- Concept "big ideas" and pull them through cohesive campaigns across multiple channels
- Act as a direct liaison between creative teams, senior account members, and clients
- Define brand voice and tone while ensuring executional excellence
- Collaborate with medical and legal teams to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Lead client presentations and communicate how creative work advances business goals
- Manage workloads, project hours, and resource utilization for the team
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising
- Proven experience in omnichannel creative development
- Strong experience with social, television, and broadcast media
- Mastery in conceptual copywriting and brand storytelling
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and high project volumes
- Ability to work seamlessly with medical and legal review processes
