Associate Creative Director, Art

Responsibilities

• Lead visual storytelling and execute compelling concepts within a multimedia landscape.
• Develop and execute visually compelling concepts that align with brand vision.
• Guide creative teams and collaborate as part of a larger team in an ever-changing environment.
• Present creative visions eloquently to clients, leading rock-solid pitch efforts and presentations.
• Push creative boundaries by leveraging industry knowledge to move past safe options into uncharted territories.
• Contribute to the health of the Creative department by finding ways to grow new business and develop client brands.
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through modeling inclusive behaviors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience.
• 8+ years of digital, print, traditional, and trade marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing, including disease state, product science, and legal restrictions.
• Proven experience working in an Agency of Record (AOR) environment.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• A portfolio/book demonstrating strategic and high-quality visual work.
• Strong management and supervisory skill set.
