Associate Creative Director, Art

Responsibilities

• Lead visual storytelling and execute compelling concepts within the life sciences and pharmaceutical marketing landscape
• Develop and execute visually compelling concepts that align with brand vision across multimedia landscapes
• Present creative visions eloquently to clients, leading high-stakes pitch efforts and presentations
• Guide creative teams and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Oversee department staff, including interviewing, selecting, and supervising activities to meet performance standards
• Contribute to the growth of new business and the continuous development of client brands
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive leadership and modeling positive behaviors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of experience in digital, print, traditional, and trade marketing
• Strong background in pharmaceutical marketing, including disease state, product science, and legal restrictions
• Proven experience in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing
• Strong management and supervisory experience with a focus on people leadership
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
• A portfolio demonstrating strategic, highly conceptual, and beautiful work
