Associate Creative Director, Art

Responsibilities

• Lead visual storytelling and execute compelling concepts within a multimedia landscape
• Develop and execute visually compelling concepts that align with brand vision
• Guide creative teams and collaborate across departments in an ever-changing environment
• Present creative visions eloquently to clients, leading high-stakes pitches and presentations
• Push creative boundaries to move past safe options into uncharted, compelling territories
• Contribute to the health of the Creative department by helping grow new business and leveraging industry insights
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through modeling inclusive behaviors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of experience in digital, print, traditional, and trade marketing
• Proven experience in an Agency of Record (AOR) environment
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing, including disease state, product science, and legal restrictions
• Background working with therapeutic clients
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic and beautiful visual work
• Strong management and supervisory skill sets
