Associate, Corporate Development and Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of strategic financial reporting and conduct ongoing financial forecasting to provide visibility into company performance.
• Analyze financial and operational data across all brands to explain variance drivers and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support corporate development initiatives including mergers & acquisitions, capital raises, and partnerships through modeling and negotiation support.
• Play a key role in the annual budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating across all departments to ensure strategic alignment.
• Execute high-priority strategic projects, including analysis of new business lines, markets, and products.
• Develop sophisticated dashboards and performance tracking for marketing, finance, operations, and development KPIs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or strategic finance/corporate development roles.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Advanced MS Excel skills with extensive experience building complex financial models and dashboards.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results-driven strategic recommendations through complex business modeling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to thrive in an in-person work environment and manage through ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a startup or new business environment.
• Natural curiosity regarding market trends, brand evolution, and the application of AI in commerce.
