Associate Corporate Compliance, Code of Ethics

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of the Code of Ethics and respond to inquiries regarding gifts and entertainment
• Review testing items and remediate issues related to business gifts, entertainment, outside business activities, and political contributions
• Assist with the compliance onboarding process, including training, disclosure form tracking, and access activation
• Support the offboarding process for terminated employees
• Help create and deliver training materials to staff members
• Maintain internal procedures, training materials, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Compliance team
• Act as a daily resource for the global employee base regarding compliance questions and issues
• Identify policy exceptions and escalate them for root cause assessment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 to 4 years of compliance experience within the financial services industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SEC regulations and laws
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Compliance Certificate
• Familiarity with compliance trading and CRM systems such as Comply or Salesforce
