Responsibilities

• Support daily operational execution across assigned workflows, including data checks, reconciliations, and exception management
• Assist in trade lifecycle support activities and operational coordination
• Support cash and position reconciliations and investigate breaks
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to validate operational data
• Prepare and maintain recurring operational reporting and trackers
• Support audit readiness through documentation and evidence capture
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and AI adoption
• Build SME depth in specific operational domains

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• 4-7 years of relevant experience or strong entry-level profile with operations aptitude
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with structured data
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Problem-solving mindset and high execution discipline
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
