Associate Content Software Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support software content updates and compliance requirements for tax.com
• Maintain software databases to ensure data and report integrity
• Enter reported content changes into appropriate systems on an assigned schedule
• Research tax content using specialized tools and internet navigation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior team members to develop role expertise
• Perform tasks with high attention to detail and diligence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager
• Experience with Adobe Pro
