Associate Content Manager - Content Experience

Responsibilities

• Drive the content curation vision and strategy for Sling and DISH platforms, including home, on-demand, and collections pages.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and leadership to develop new features and enhance curation tools.
• Analyze viewership, click-through, and web analytics to provide programming insights and inform future content decisions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of live and on-demand programming, including major sporting and entertainment events.
• Research industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to ensure best-in-class content strategy.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Content Acquisition, Marketing, and Engineering, as well as external programming partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in content operations, digital curation, or related media roles.
• Proven experience directing content management workflows or digital platform strategy.
• Proficiency in utilizing Content Management Systems (CMS) and digital distribution tools.
• Experience analyzing digital viewership, click-through, or web analytics platforms.
• Strong project workflow coordination skills across product and engineering teams.
• Solid AI literacy and the ability to apply AI-enabled solutions to optimize workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with or knowledge of the pay television or streaming media industry.
