Associate Content Director

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Creative Director to define live content and expand the game experience
• Collaborate with the Live Core Team within the production framework defined with the Producer
• Unify concepts by connecting artistic, narrative, design, audio, and gameplay elements
• Define the tone and fantasy for each live season
• Drive live strategy across animation, densification, and continuous improvement
• Lead and develop teams by fostering autonomy, collaboration, and cohesion
• Contribute to community content strategy using data and player feedback
• Represent the game during production milestones to top management

Requirements

• Proven experience working on a live service game, ideally AAA
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and grow a team
• Open-mindedness and flexibility to integrate into an ongoing project
• Data-driven mindset and community sensitivity
• Excellent level of English
