Associate Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial team in identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Interact with clients to understand their processes, challenges, and business needs
• Participate in internal and client meetings, supporting the preparation of materials, proposals, and presentations
• Learn the commercial cycle of a high-growth startup alongside experienced leaders
• Progressively take ownership of strategic projects and gain autonomy
• Collaborate on the creation and development of new commercial initiatives
• Follow up on ongoing opportunities, projects, and agreements to ensure visibility and coordination
• Analyze data and build dashboards to support commercial decision-making
• Work cross-functionally with different areas to drive projects and solve complex problems

Requirements

• Recent graduate or up to 3 years of professional experience
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Systems Engineering, Financial Engineering, Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, Administration, International Business, or related fields
• Genuine interest in business, commercial strategy, and company development
• Interest in fintech, technology, insurance, or B2B business models
• Interest in interacting with C-Level clients and participating in business conversations with major companies
• Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas, analysis, and proposals
• Proactive and autonomous profile with a strong desire to learn
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
• Motivation to understand business operations and solve complex problems
