Associate Consultant – Sustainability & ESG Reporting

Responsibilities

• Support the development of sustainability and ESG reports aligned with GRI, BRSR, and other relevant standards
• Work with senior client stakeholders to define reporting objectives, scope, and disclosure priorities
• Manage and coordinate ESG data collection and validation processes across various functions
• Translate ESG insights into engaging communication assets, including web content, presentations, and social media
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality reporting outcomes
• Support the design of customized ESG training and capacity-building modules

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience in sustainability, ESG, corporate reporting, or advisory
• Demonstrated experience with sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI or BRSR
• Strong research, analytical, and data-handling skills with proficiency in Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for creating structured reports and training materials
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with high attention to detail
• Kannada language proficiency is preferred
