Associate Consultant Strategy & Transaction Private Equity

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of transactions, including the creation of commercial fact books and information memoranda
• Support growth strategies by assisting clients in implementing buy-and-build/platform strategies
• Identify investment opportunities through target screenings
• Contribute to market modelling and business plan validation
• Conduct primary research via expert interviews and secondary research for market, customer, and competitor analyses
• Support product development and project-related customer management

Requirements

• Completed bachelor's or master's degree
• Initial practical experience in consulting (Transaction Advisory/M&A), private equity, or venture capital
• Proficient MS Office skills, specifically MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Excellent language skills in German and English
• Proactive attitude and ability to contribute to team success
