Associate Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and management of sustainability disclosures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client requirements
• Contribute to drafting high-quality ESG and sustainability reports for various stakeholders
• Gather, validate, and analyze sustainability data from internal and external partners
• Maintain robust processes for data accuracy, documentation, and reporting integrity
• Facilitate coordination across internal teams to ensure on-time project delivery
• Stay informed about evolving trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in the sustainability domain
• Support benchmarking and gap analyses to enhance client reporting practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in sustainability reporting, ESG data management, or corporate sustainability roles
• Proven proficiency in ESG ratings, assessments, and BRSR reporting
• Familiarity with global frameworks including GRI, SASB, CSRD, TCFD, and ISSB
• Strong ability to analyze data, prepare insights, and contribute to reporting narratives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
