Associate Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project tasks, ensuring effective time management and prioritization to meet impact outcomes
• Support stakeholder engagement involving clients, implementation agencies, and other relevant partners
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including literature reviews, market research, and policy research
• Execute primary research through focus groups, interviews, and surveys
• Perform data analysis to extract meaningful insights and present them via visualizations and dashboards
• Develop visually compelling presentations and content using strategic problem-solving frameworks

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional work experience
• Undergraduate degree in social sciences, business, public policy, engineering, or a related field
• At least 2 internship experiences in CSR, consulting, or non-profit research
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proven ability to conduct secondary and primary research and perform basic data analysis
• Willingness to travel to remote locations as required by projects
