Associate Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support ESG integration and sustainability strategy engagements across diverse client projects
• Conduct ESG ratings, assessments, benchmarking, and gap analyses to strengthen client performance
• Gather, validate, and analyze ESG data from internal stakeholders and external partners
• Maintain robust processes for data accuracy, documentation, and reporting integrity
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and project operations
• Contribute to the development of ESG methodologies, frameworks, and advisory tools
• Stay informed about evolving trends and best practices in the sustainability domain

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Finance, or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience in sustainability consulting, ESG integration, or ESG advisory
• Proven proficiency in ESG ratings, assessments, and materiality assessments
• Working knowledge of ESG frameworks including BRSR, GRI, ISSB, SASB, CSRD, and TCFD
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate strategic insights from complex data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and a strong orientation toward deliverable quality and timelines
