Associate Consultant, Omnium Services

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert providing in-depth consulting to the data migration and implementation team
• Maintain and enhance detailed migration plans to ensure high-quality data transitions
• Utilize the Xceptor tool to create new features, build reports, and manage customized investor templates
• Reconcile Xceptor Investor Services data with IRIS extracted data to ensure completeness and quality
• Analyze migration discrepancies, investigate root causes, and provide resolution suggestions
• Manage project artifacts, timelines, risks, and communications for multiple complex projects
• Develop training curriculum and conduct sessions to mentor and coach the migration team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology
• Mandatory professional experience with the Xceptor tool
• 4-7 years of experience in software development, data migration, or transfer agency
• Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and back-office functions
• Understanding of AML, FATCA, and investor-related regulations (e.g., management and incentive fees)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience within Hedge Funds, Investment Management, or broader Financial Services
• Experience with Transfer Agency, Investor Services, or Investor Accounting
