Associate Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support within the Integrated Absence Solutions Practice.
• Assist in analyzing client needs and recommending tailored absence management solutions.
• Provide guidance to clients on federal, state, and local leave regulations, including FMLA and ADA.
• Support clients with program implementation and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage day-to-day administration, including leave tracking and compliance oversight.
• Gather and analyze absence program data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and client use to deliver actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of absence program delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in absence management, benefits administration, or human resources.
• Basic understanding of federal, state, and local leave regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with HRIS or absence management systems (e.g., Workday, ADP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
