Associate Consultant-IT

Responsibilities

• Implement MES solutions for manufacturing plants
• Conduct site visits and workshops with plant users to understand current processes
• Gather requirements, map value chains, and document proposed future states
• Collaborate with various teams to facilitate site deployment activities
• Serve as a liaison between the plant, business, and integrator teams
• Provide onsite and/or remote hyper care support

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in MES or shop floor applications
• Experience working within manufacturing plants and MES implementations
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems and/or Level 2/4 systems
• Understanding of MES interfaces with Level 4 (ERP) systems
• Knowledge of ISA 95 standards and plant automation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in MES or shop floor application support and implementation
• Proficiency with SQL
• Strong communication skills
