Associate Consultant - IT

Responsibilities

• Provide application-level support for the Windchill PDM tool, including installation, configuration, customization, and maintenance
• Maintain business applications within defined support structures and interact with the PDM team to resolve application errors
• Collaborate with business teams to define Windchill application requirements, gaps, and workarounds
• Coordinate the development of functional and technical specifications for enhancements and new requirements
• Act as a liaison for troubleshooting, investigating, and solving problems to map client business requirements to product modifications
• Create and update Sub-Process documents, URS, Functional Design Documents, and test cases
• Follow SDLC processes, methodologies, and quality standards to meet deliverable completion dates

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Windchill PDM technical, functional, and support roles
• Strong knowledge of MCAD, ECAD, Supplier, Part, BOM, and Document management concepts in Windchill
• Expertise in Windchill integrations, specifically Windchill Info*Engine and ESI
• Proficiency in Java, JSP, Servlets, Spring, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of SOAP and REST web services
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working within SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
