Associate Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of advanced statistical and machine learning projects, including predictive modeling and patient journey analysis
• Translate client business needs into statistical methodologies and deliver findings with clinically and commercially meaningful interpretations
• Assist in business development by researching client problems, supporting proposals, and contributing to client pitches
• Manage assigned tasks and timelines independently while working closely with senior consultants and data scientists
• Drive internal initiatives such as project automation, standardization, and team-building efforts

Requirements

• BA/BSc in life sciences, chemistry, economics, business, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or computer science
• 2-4 years of professional experience
• Strong analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working within the healthcare or life sciences industry
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in life sciences, statistics, or a related discipline
• Experience analyzing and interpreting various types of patient-level data
• Proficiency in SQL or Python coding
• Interest in applying GenAI, agentic solutions, or advanced machine learning in a pharmaceutical context
