Associate Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support the design and build of new technology solutions by understanding business needs and determining product specifications.
• Conduct market research to identify business needs and generate product requirements.
• Manage internal and external cross-functional stakeholders to support product development.
• Create reports, presentations, and workshops for client employees and management teams.
• Assist in the development and writing of business proposals with senior support.
• Attend and present at client meetings to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop modules and low-level designs while monitoring technical quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Economics, or Business.
• Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical market trends and industry developments.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Life Sciences, Economics, or Business.
• Experience in managing complex client projects or assisting in problem-solving for life sciences.
