Associate Consultant

Responsibilities

• Conduct client engagements professionally, including the preparation and filing of individual tax returns and e-TDS returns.
• Draft submissions and represent clients before tax authorities.
• Advise on inbound/outbound structuring related to employee movement, including immigration and provident fund matters for expatriates.
• Analyze and convert data into accurate tax advisory and compliance products.
• Utilize electronic working papers and various software applications to conduct research and maintain professional standards.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality services that exceed client expectations.

Requirements

• Certified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 0-1 year of relevant experience in tax or business consulting.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• High level of flexibility, adaptability, and creativity in problem-solving.
