Associate Consultant

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for digital and organizational transformation
• Deliver innovative solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness for public sector clients
• Apply general consulting methodologies to drive project delivery and client engagement
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences to facilitate informed decision-making
• Work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements

Requirements

• 0-4 years of relevant experience in consulting or business analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Commerce, Business Administration, or Design
• Master's degree in Commerce or Business Administration (MBA) preferred
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and consulting methodologies
• Ability to solve complex problems with a practical and agile approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the Government & Public Sector (GPS) domain
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder transformation programs
• Strong aptitude for digital transformation and organizational design
