Associate Consultant, CSR

Responsibilities

• Support the team and client in project management and delivery by providing proactive updates on deliverables
• Create reports and tools to track project progress and resource utilization
• Deliver high-quality documents consistently to ensure timely completion of project milestones
• Contribute to Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) tracks, including due diligence, co-creating Logical Framework Approaches (LFA), and conducting field visits
• Coordinate communication between implementation partners and the client
• Proactively engage with stakeholders to build long-term, sustainable relationships
• Support the client in driving employee engagement within CSR projects
• Collaborate with peers and managers, providing support to the wider team as required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of project and stakeholder management experience (social sector experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of the roles of various stakeholders in the development landscape, including corporates, government, and non-profits
• Working knowledge of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary, and closely-knit team environment
• Self-driven personality with the ability to work independently
• Must be able to work onsite at the client's office in Mumbai 5 days per week
