Associate Consultant - CSR Advisory

Responsibilities

• Support the team and client in project management and delivery by providing proactive updates on deliverables
• Create reports and tools to track project progress and resource utilization
• Deliver high-quality documentation consistently to ensure timely project completion
• Contribute to Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) tracks, including due diligence, co-creating Logical Framework Approaches (LFA), and conducting field visits
• Coordinate communication between implementation partners and the client
• Engage proactively with stakeholders to build long-term sustainable relationships
• Support the client in driving employee engagement within CSR projects
• Collaborate with peers and managers, maintaining a willingness to support the wider team and receive constructive feedback

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of project and stakeholder management experience, preferably within the social sector
• Strong understanding of the development landscape, including corporate, government, and non-profit stakeholders
• Working knowledge of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and self-drive tasks in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
• Highly effective interpersonal skills
