Associate Consultant Automation Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Xceptor and RPA technologies to enhance business processes.
• Articulate business and functional requirements by developing specifications for system enhancements.
• Identify new process opportunities, analyze feasibility, and document business processes in detail.
• Capture and process multiple structured and unstructured data formats including PDF, XML, CSV, and XLSX.
• Perform root-cause analysis and provide technical troubleshooting for existing Xceptor builds and Blue Prism processes.
• Collaborate with Business, Robotics automation, Risk & Controls, and other stakeholders to ensure governance and end-to-end delivery.
• Create and maintain solution documentation and test procedures for pre-UAT phases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the Financial Service or Banking Technology industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Xceptor development and RPA development/deployment.
• Proficiency in the Xceptor development toolset to design, test, deploy, and maintain software.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and common frameworks.
• Ability to work US hours (6 PM–3 AM IST or 9 PM–6 AM IST).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with .NET, BluePrism, Python, or UiPath.
• Experience in investment operations functions, specifically in valuations and data management.
