Associate - Construction

Responsibilities

• Support construction transaction and litigation attorneys in the Minneapolis office
• Handle contract drafting and negotiations
• Manage dispute resolution processes, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation
• Prepare lien documents and related legal documentation

Requirements

• 2-4 years of construction transactional or litigation experience
• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota
• Strong research and writing abilities
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proven ability to handle complex legal tasks with high academic and professional credentials
